Public Hearing Notices


The Village of Glendale Heights will hold public hearings to allow residents and businesses of the Village an opportunity to learn about upcoming business coming up for consideration before the Plan Commission or Zoning Administrator. The Village will post notices for any upcoming Public Hearings below as well as in local newspapers.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing has been scheduled before the Glendale Heights Plan Commission at 7:00 P.M., on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the Glendale Heights Civic Center, 300 Civic Center Plaza, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, Glendale Heights, Illinois to consider the following: An application for an amendment to a previously approved Planned Unit Development to allow a fifteen foot (15’) canopy in the existing parking lot and transition six (6) parking spaces into four (4) spaces for online order customer pickup, which will eliminate two (2) total parking spaces for the property located at 175 E. Army Trail Road. The application is being made by, Michaele Schuering of Kimley-Horn and Associates, 1001 Warrenville Road, Suite 350, Lisle, IL 60532. Said property is Super Target; located on the south side of Army Trail Road east of Schmale Road legally described as: HIGHGROVE CENTER: LOT 1 AND LOT 2 IN RESUBDIVISION HIGHGROVE CENTER LOT 1 OF PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 40, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JANUARY 26, 2016 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER R2016-008188 IN THE VILLAGE OF GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
