DO NOT CALL REGISTRY
Are you tired of the multitude of calls received by telemarketers? Register your phone number on a “Do Not Call” list. Those who have registered in 2002 may need to re-register. You may register online at www.donotcall.gov or by phone at 1-888-382-1222 (TTY 1-866-290-4236) from the phone number you wish to register. Follow the prompts. The Website also includes information on how to file a complaint. Disregard false claims that telemarketers may contact you through your cell phone. Federal law prohibits telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phones. You may place your cell phone number on the Do Not Call Registry, but there’s no reason to do so.
