The state-of-the-art Life Fitness Equipment with push-button controls is easy to use and offers simple, enjoyable workouts and visible results that will inspire you to come back week after week. Watch TV while you walk on the easy to use treadmills or use the recumbent lifecycle bike. Free weights and other exercise equipment are also available.

Get Fit While Sitting
Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30 am-8:30 am
Join other Seniors looking to become stronger. This series of exercise and pilates techniques while sitting looks to help with balance, circulation, flexibility and more.

Would you like to achieve your New Year's resolution of healthy living and exercise? Join us for a FREE Fitness Orientation with personal trainer, Ron Adams. He will teach you how to utilize the state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment for success.

Commit To Be Fit

Session 2: March 8, 15, 22 & 29 (Register by: 2/29)
This four week program provides a way of beginning and committing to a fitness program. Learn how to use free weights, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls as well as the machines to maximize your workout. The program will also include cardio conditioning to augment the strength training.
Cost: $28 (only $7 per day, Entire Session Commitment)

Workouts for the Novice!

Session 1: February 9,16,23,& March 1 (Register by: 2/1)
Session 2: April 5,12,19,& 26 (Register by: 3/28)
This program offers even the most reluctant seniors with a safe and effective way to workout. Whether you have worked out before or have some minor medical issues, most participants will be able to perform these highly recommended body and light weight exercises.
