Toddlers don't stop moving. Basic tumbling, balance and locomotion skills promote body awareness and coordination. Class encourages parent/child interaction and socialization. Class is with parent.

Participants of this class must have completed at least one session of Dragonfly with parent.

Tumbling and basic skills are introduced on preschool sized equipment. Grouping by skill level enables your child to progress at their own pace.

More time to tumble. Previous 3 without parent or Cricket class required.

Focus on basic tumbling skills, strength training, conditioning, and boy's gymnastics equipment in preparation for instructional classes.

Kinderbugs introduces Kindergarteners to our program. Follows same format and progressions as Tumbling classes. Students must advance or be assessed prior to registering for Beginner I.

Beginner I (Grade KG)

Non-competitive cheerleading and gymnastics all in one class. Learn basic cheer fundamentals and gymnastic skills. Pyramids, jumps, and routines will be taught.

Junior High kids learn at a junior high pace. We will do tumbling and equipment skills while building self-confidence and having fun. Students must advance or be assessed prior to registering for Beginner I and II.

Beginner II

Fun on the floor, this class will not teach equipment. Participants only practice beginner level tumbling skills. Dance, balance, and strength activities will be taught.

Be a stronger, more confident tumbler. We introduce vault, beam, and bars. Students must advance or be assessed prior to registering for Beginner I and II.

Beginner II

This class will make you FLIP! After the Beginner II level, USA Jr Olympic skills are taught on floor, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault. Includes 10-minute break. Gymnastics equipment is rotated weekly. Students must advance or be assessed prior to registering for this level.

Cheerleaders need to know how to tumble. This tumbling class will help you enhance your cheerleading routines. Grades 1-4 must be able to do a cartwheel. Grades 5-12 must be working on back handspring or higher.

Gymnasts, come work on just your handsprings. Cheerleaders get your flip flops in time for tryouts! Must be able to do a roundoff.

Boys work on tumbling, parallel bars, high bar, vault, mushroom and rings. Grouped by skill level, they progress at their own pace. Registrants have the option to compete tumbling passes in the Illinois Park District Gymnastics Conference. Meet fees will be applied.
