Request the Speed Trailer

A speed trailer capable of displaying the speed of passing vehicles is utilized by the Police Department as a tool to make motorist aware of their driving speeds. The hope is that those motorist finding themselves driving over the posted speed limit will lower their speed to a safer level. Residents may request the trailer to be set up on a Village street. This trailer will not be used in the issuance of citations, and is an educational device only.
