CARDIO KICKBOXING (Ages 14 & Up)

Easy to follow combinations of upper and lower body strikes, blocks, and athletic drills make up this fun, high energy workout that keeps you moving and coming back for more. You will burn tons of calories and time will fly in this one hour cardio kickboxing class. *Sign up for Wednesday & Saturday and receive $10 off! (Pricing reflects discount.)

JAZZERCISE (Ages 16 & Up)

Jazzercise accommodates ALL fitness levels. FIT AND TONE (Ages 14 & Up)

If you have been away from cardiovascular fitness for any period of time and are looking for a way back into it, this is the class you have been waiting for! You will get all of your cardio and sculpting done in one hour. The first half of the class will consist of basic easy to follow aerobics followed by basic strength and toning exercises to target all major muscle groups. Come and join in the fun, you'll be glad you did! Please bring a mat.

TOTAL CARDIO SCULPT (Ages 16 & Up)

This class is 8 weeks of non-stop body sculpting. Our program is designed to focus on 9 different core muscles each day. Weight training will be included in our routine. Each participant is strongly urged to bring a towel and water bottle. You are going to need it! Please bring a mat.

PILATES (Ages 14 & Up)

A method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to raise your fitness level.

WALK AND STROLL

Our stroller-based fitness class is designed specifically to help moms get fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer at the time in your life when you most need one. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardio drills. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises are sure to help improve core strength. This class includes a variety of exercise equipment designed to meet your fitness needs. Class will be held at Camera Park weather permitting or Sports Hub Fieldhouse.
