Turbo Kick (Ages 14 & Up)

Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves, all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You'll have more fun doing Turbo Kick® than any other format.

PiYo™ (Ages 16 & Up)

PiYo is a unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that's fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It's about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.

Fit Kids (Ages 5-13)

Fit Kids Club was invented to TRANSFORM the view kids have about exercise. This program will teach kids that exercise is more about the FUN of getting off the couch than feeling like "just another gym class". Our Transformers Fit Club instructors will show your child endless ways to get active, learn new fitness skills, and fall in love with the joy of movement.

Personal Training (Ages 16 & Up)

Achieve your health and fitness goals fast with the help of a qualified personal trainer and fitness coach! Our Certified Personal Trainer will design a safe and effective workout that will allow you to achieve your fitness goals. We will set up a schedule to meet your needs. With one of the best rates in DuPage why not give it a try? Must have a fitness membership.

Total Cardio Sculpt (Ages 14 & Up)

Full body weight training, using various equipment to strengthen and tone combined with cardio training to get your heart rate up. This class has all you need for an effective body shaping workout that will keep you coming back for more. *Please bring a mat.

A method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds. Don't miss out on the opportunity to raise your fitness level. Pilates mat required

Forever Fit Exercise for Seniors (Ages 60+)

Did you know regular exercise not only promotes cardiovascular fitness? It protects you from chronic diseases, helps lower your blood pressure, helps you maintain mobility and independence, improves your mood and lowers your chance of injury, helps keep bones and muscle strong, and helps you sleep better! Come join us for a 45 minute workout with our certified fitness instructor who has designed a great fitness class just for you! Participants must wear gym shoes and comfortable clothing.
