Aqua Fitness Fun

An excellent form of exercise that involves nearly every muscle group in your body! Your body is almost weightless in the water, which makes it ideal for increasing lower body strength. We will do some stretching, jogging, knee lifts and jumping jacks just to name a few. You will not only feel refreshed but have fun working out!

Pilates (Ages 14 & Up)

A method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation off all kinds. Don't miss out on the opportunity to raise your fitness level. Pilates mat required.

Total Cardio Sculpt (Ages 14 & Up)

Full body weight training, using various equipment to strengthen and tone combined with cardio training to get your heart rate up. This class has all you need for an effective body shaping workout that will keep you coming back for more. Please bring a mat.

Fit Kids (Ages 5-13)

Fit Kids Club was invented to TRANSFORM the view kids have about exercise. This program will teach kids that exercise is more about the FUN of getting off the couch than feeling like "just another gym class". The Transformers Fit Club instructors will show your child endless ways to get active, learn new fitness skills, and fall in love with the joy of movement.

Forever Fit Exercise for Seniors (Ages 60 & Up)

Did you know regular exercise not only promotes cardiovascular fitness? It also protects you from chronic diseases, helps lower your blood pressure, helps you maintain mobility and independence, improves your mood and lowers your chance of injury, helps keep bones and muscle strong and helps you sleep better. Come join us for a 45-minute workout with our certified fitness instructor who has designed a great fitness routine just for you! Participants must wear gym shoes and comfortable clothing. Physician's permission is recommended.
