
Adopt-A-Park Mission
To care for and maintain Village of Glendale Heights ’ parks and other green spaces through ongoing volunteer support and education regarding the importance of caring for Glendale Heights ’ lands.
Volunteer Eligibility
Volunteers may include individuals, corporations, businesses, schools, neighborhood associations, youth groups, families, friends and scouts.
Areas Available for Adoption
Parks, playgrounds, flower beds, greenbelts, medians and many other types of open space.
Adopt-A-Park Maintenance Suggestions
Twice monthly litter control (minimum).
Existing flower bed planting and maintenance.
Landscape improvements and other year-round care.

The Deputy Director will help you pick the right area and select the type of adoption that will allow you to make a valuable contribution as you give service in one of Glendale Heights green areas. The minimum commitment is for one year.
