The primary goal and responsibly of the Purchasing Division is to obtain the best value possible for the taxpayer’s dollar, within the rules and regulations that govern public purchase of goods and services. The Village strives to purchase at the lowest possible cost, consistent with the needs of the user department.
The Village of Glendale Heights seeks Quotations, Bids, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the purchase and acquisition of equipment, supplies, materials, and professional services. Small purchases are acquired through obtaining prices quotations with vendors interested in doing business with the Village. Higher value purchases are acquired under a competitive bid or request for proposal process. We encourage firms interested in doing business with the Village to submit information relating to your business for future consideration in purchasing opportunities.

RFP UTILITY BILL PRINT SERVICES - The Village of Glendale Heights is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced firms to process, print and mail utility bills
from an electronically stored format. Interested firms are invited to submit a complete proposal for consideration in response to the detailed requirements of the Request for Proposal. Proposals
are due no later than Monday, September 23, 2013 at 11:00am, Local Time, at the Village Hall, 300 Civic Center Plaza, Glendale Heights IL.
