The Village strives to purchase at the lowest possible cost, consistent with the needs of the user department.

Business Opportunities

The Village of Glendale Heights seeks Quotations, Bids, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the purchase and acquisition of equipment, supplies, materials, and professional services. Small purchases are acquired through obtaining prices quotations with vendors interested in doing business with the Village. Higher value purchases are acquired under a competitive bid or request for proposal process. We encourage firms interested in doing business with the Village to submit information relating to your business for future consideration in purchasing opportunities.

COMMUNITY CALENDAR - The Village of Glendale Heights is requesting sealed proposals/bids from qualified printers for the printing services of the 2015 Community Calendars to be distributed to the Village Residents, Glendale Heights, Illinois. Sealed bids must be submitted in compliance with the specified requirements of the bid document and received prior to 11:00am, local time, Thursday September 18, 2014 in the Office of Purchasing Division, Glendale Heights Municipal Center, 300 Civic Center Plaza, Glendale Heights, Illinois 60139.
