Free Medical Clinic Sponsored by UChicago Medicine AdventHealth
Join the Village of Glendale Heights and UChicago Medicine AdventHealth for a free medical clinic on Saturday, June 8 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. This clinic is free and open to the public to help those who cannot afford healthcare insurance. Families and children are welcome! Services include chiropractic care, dental exams, diabetes and nutrition education, eye exams, lab screenings (glucose, urinalysis, pregnancy), orthopedics, pediatrics (school/sports physicals), pharmacy, physical therapy, podiatry and primary care. Street Sweeping Parking Restrictions
To enable an efficient and effective street sweeping schedule, parking on streets is prohibited during the months of April and May, between 8:00am and 4:00pm on one specific day each week in each zone. Color coded "No Parking" signs have been posted throughout the Village. To see which zone you are in, please refer to our Street Sweeping Zone Map.
Fullerton Avenue Construction
The Village of Glendale Heights has started resurfacing West Fullerton Avenue from Schmale Road to Bloomingdale Road. This work will include roadway resurfacing, sidewalk and curb improvements, storm sewer repairs, and pavement marking replacement. This project is anticipated to be completed in late June, and there may be parking restrictions during this time frame. The general contractor for this project is K-Five Construction Corporation with oversight by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd.
